We have TWO types of classes, both are really for anyone new to dance.
1. Twerk & Beyonce Dance Class: This is where we learn basically anything you've seen in a Bey or Rihanna video. This is a fun, safe place where everyone can release their inner Divas! Every week in this hour class you’ll learn the sexy and divalicious moves (including how to TWERK) and simple choreography to a different song. LET ME REPEAT, this is for anyone and no dance experience is required! I will teach you the moves and you'll learn musicality as you go. All you gotta do is be willing to be fierce! So you better shake what your mama gave ya' every week with us!

2. Hip-hop Cardio Fitness: This class is using simple choreography throughout an entire song. Again, this is for newbies to dance, and it is more of a dance fitness class than a true dance class; it's similar to Zumba, but we are using Pop and Hip-hop songs instead of Latin songs. We will get through approximately 8-10 songs in this hour class and we'll repeat these routines over the next several classes. Over the following weeks, we keep doing the same core 6-8 songs and then I'll introduce a new one each week.

Single Classes are $7 if you register online or $10 Walk-in at the door
Signups are recommended to guarantee your spot in class. Walk-ins WILL be allowed, but the only way to GUARANTEE YOUR SPOT is to sign-up with payment in advance. So you can walk-in, but there is a risk of not getting into the class if we go over capacity.
